If you are repeating last years' entry and have referenced the page number, you do not have to complete the 'in memory of' and 'remembered by' sections but must use the dropdown menu below to specify the number of individuals remembered and lines used or your request to choose a block of names (1/4 page, 1/2 page etc).
1 Line can include up to 28 characters including space and punctuation.
When selecting quarter-page or larger, keep 'Number of individuals remembered' and 'Number of lines used in Remembered By' at ZERO.
For larger notices, please select the page size you wish to sponsor.
Maximum 10 names per quarter page.
